The Nordisk Hjälp team arrived in the Iskenderun district in the southern Turkish state of Hatay and immediately began distributing urgent relief aid to the afflicted families on site.
It comes to them as part of the urgent relief campaign launched by the organization since the first hours of the devastating earthquake that hit Syria and Turkey, where the organization team immediately went to a number of affected areas in Syria and Turkey.
In addition, the team continues to be present in the affected areas to support children and families there. Nordisk Hjälp continues to collect donations for this urgent relief campaign under the campaign name “Peace and quiet”.
Thousands of bereaved children and families are waiting for us to stand by their side, to calm their fear and to help them.
