Nordisk Hjälp has met with the Egyptian Red Crescent Society in Cairo to discuss future cooperation opportunities, and to strengthen the partnership within humanitarian work.
The organization also expressed deep appreciation for the efforts of the Egyptian Red Crescent Society to facilitate the movement of aid and to support other humanitarian actors operating in the country.
"We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Egyptian Red Crescent Society for their important work in facilitating the delivery of humanitarian aid. Our cooperation is an important step towards our common goal: to bring hope and support to the people who need it most", said Taim Al-Yousef, chairman of Nordisk Hjälp, in an official statement.
Nordisk Hjälp emphasized that the cooperation reflects the commitment of both parties to strengthen humanitarian work in the region and ensure that aid reaches people in urgent need.
